1 Shuunen ★ Whisper looks exactly like Whisper in terms of his appearance, although the major difference is that he now appears to be emerging from a yellow and orange wavy striped party ball with red and white flowers on top with multi-colored confetti coming out. The colors of the confetti are red, blue, purple, pink, yellow, and orange.

1 Shuunen ★ Whisper was exclusive to the First Anniversary Event. He was only obtainable through the First Anniversary Coin Campaign. Depending on the amount of First Anniversary Coins the player had collected, they would be awarded 1 Shuunen ★ Whisper and free Yo-kai orbs.
