Agent Spect-hare has the appearance of an anthropomorphic rabbit. She has brown fur, large mint green hair in a ponytail, bunny ears of the same fur color with dark green in the inside, and red irises. She wears a black collared-leotard shirt, black sleeves, and black boots with bright pink laces. She also wears shorts alongside a bright pink belt with a rabbit face on the buckle. The laces on her shirt, sleeves, and boots are a bright pink color. Agent Spect-hare holds cards in her right hand.
She can use her looks to infiltrate any location as well as alter the size of her weaponized playing cards.
After her initial encounter, Agent Spect-hare can be found on top of the Phantomart during the post-game, where the player can fight her once per day while completing the Silver Lining Team only quest, The Lovely Hero! Agent Spect-hare. She may be fought at any time of the day. The only prerequisites for this quest to appear are clearing Chapter 10, and having the Rank S Watch.
She is required for the For Great Justice Yo-kai Circle.

Agent Spect-hare makes her debut in EX020, where she, along with Snow Spect-hare and Molar Petite steal Black Dianyan’s sword. Nate, Jibanyan, Whisper, and Black Dianyan go on a quest to recover the sword from Agent Spect-hare’s hideout. As the four heroes enter the hideout, they confront Agent Spect-hare, who attacks them. As Black Dianyan approaches her, she charms him, making him fall in love with her. As Black Dianyan makes a black diamond for Agent Spect-hare, he knocks her out with head butt.
