Aini (Japanese: アイニー Ainī) is an Onryo introduced in Y School Heroes.
Aini has two other forms, Dark Assassin (Japanese: ダークアサシン Dākuasashin), when inspiriting an android and Jigoku Assassin (Japanese: ジゴクアサシン Jigokuasashin), when inspirited by a strand of Haruhiko's hair.
In Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble, their 2nd form is an Rank SS Yo-kai, and their 3rd form is a Rank SSS Yo-kai, both of the Shady tribe.

Biology[]
Aini is a small Onryo with brown skin, black dots for eyes, blush, a green bush like plant for hair with an orange leaf popping out, and a lower body which is green layered with brown.
Dark Assassin is a medieval assassin-type Onryo with grayish-purple skin and red eyes wearing a dark grey assassin hood with demon eyes and curved 'horns' as the bottom reaches it's chest. Dark Assassin also wears a blackish-grey bodysuit with dark purple gloves and boots, dark grey bracers and a matching colored waist belt/holster for it's daggers while the belt has a silver 'D' for the buckle. It’s very fast and agile.
Jigoku Assassin is a tall Onyro with purple shredded clothes on the head area and waist, revealing a jumpsuit and a dragon like head with sharp teeth. It wields 2 daggers infused with purple aura.
As Jigoku Assassin, it has the ability to pin down foes’ shadows and can attack rather fast.

Prior to the events of episode 14, Aini was programmed as an A.I. assistant to players of UG Horikoshi's game, unaware that it has become sentient. As time went on, Aini began developing some form of separation anxiety every time someone logged off, eventually culminating in leaving the game to possess a mannequin and pose as Dark Assassin to play with people in real life, but unintentionally hurts them.
After failing to catch him twice, Jinepi and co. manage to catch him by luring him out, but Haruhiko’s meddling turned him into his third form, where he nearly overwhelmed Kengo Benimaru, but was stunned and weakened by Clock Lady, allowing the former to defeat him.
Later, Aini was reworked into an A.I. App, so he could continue interacting with others.
Jigoku Assassin makes a cameo in YG049 as one of the Onryo Zazel summons to help train Jinpei, Koma and Mikettio.
Etymology[]
Aini’s name may be a pun on A.I., while his Dark Assassin form is based on an enemy in a fictious game. Jigoku may allude to his third form’s extreme looking appearance.
Trivia[]
- Aini is similar to Sebas-chan, as both had good intentions to help people, but wound up harming them instead, and at the end get turned into chatbot apps.
- Aini's first form strongly resembles Dromp.
