"Are You Up To The Job?!" is a request in Yo-kai Watch 3. The quest can be started in the Detective Agency in Sparkopolis and is exclusive to Hailey.

You need to be lvl 60 to accept this quest.
- To begin, have a Mr.Sandmeh on hand, then activate his baffle board while the quest is active.
- Make the time midnight, then head to the tower.
- The door behind Mr.Sandmeh should be open. Open it and climb the stairs. Sometimes the staircase is blocked, so you have too cross the level to get up. (An employee you talk to will give you a Fancy that that will start Whisper's quest).
- Once you make it to Hinozall's office, you have to answer some of the questions the CEO Yo-kai tosses to you.
- You must then battle Hinozall. a tip is to take out his employee when he summons them and then use his gun to destroy the shield Hinozall will summon. After his defeat, you will finish the quest.
