Asuka Langley and the Evangelion Production Model-02'γ (Japanese: 汎用ヒト型決戦兵器 人造人間エヴァンゲリオン 正規実用型 改2号機γ,Han'yō hito-gata kessen heiki homunkurusu evu~angerion seiki jitsuyō-gata aratame 2-gōki γ) are a Rank ZZ Yo-kai of the Charming tribe.
Asuka Langley and the Evangelion Production Model-New 02α (Japanese: 汎用ヒト型決戦兵器 人造人間エヴァンゲリオン JA-02 機体流用ニコイチ型 新2号機α,Han'yō hito-gata kessen heiki homunkurusu evu~angerion JA - 02 kitai ryūyō nikoichi-gata shin 2-gōki α) are a Rank ZZ Yo-kai of the Charming tribe.
Asuka when is piloting the Evangelion Unit-2 she wears the plugsuit 02 who is primarily red with two lime green navy diamond shaped pieces on the collar on its chest with added orange buttons and black stripes along the arms.
14 year later after the Near Third Impact Asuka got a new plugsuit when is piloting the Evangelion Production Model-02'γ this suit more reminiscent of the original with red on the body and hands, purple on the shoulders and dark red along the legs. She also wears an eye-patch over her left eye.
Asuka also got an special plugsuit during the Operation Yamato which is coloured white with red stripes on her arms and blue stripes on her legs.
The Evangelion Unit-02's armor is mainly red, with white and yellow-orange details. The helmet of the unit bears four small green sensors, four nostrils in the middle of its "face" and a crescent-shaped piece on the forehead with four additional nostrils, forming two small horns.
The Evangelion Production Model-02'γ its bulkier in hips, shoulders, and most notably in the torso. The plating on the chest, abdomen, and legs is far bulkier as well, and does not match the thin, sleek plating seen on the earlier Evangelion units. One arm is not guarded by more armor. It also only have only one shoulder pylon, since the other arm is a prosthesis that can be changed according to the necessity in the mission. The prothesis is far more thicker than before since it is made in that manner. The arm can be switched with a machine gun.
The New Evangelion Unit-02α is seen using a large number of handheld weapons including an Autocannon, a Anti-Material Circular Saw and a naginata among many others. Being mostly mechanical, the unit uniquely possesses built in weapons in the form of missiles stored in its thighs. Finally, the unit features a large removable backpack with several rocket boosters for landing and dorsal mines. New Unit-02α also carries the Shutdown Override Signal Plug, a tool designed to stop Evangelion 13 from reactivating.
Personality[]
Asuka Shikinami Langley is a very proud individual, especially in her piloting, and comes across to others as proud and strong, with a very high opinion of both her appearance and her skill as an Eva pilot.
14 years after Near Third Impact, as result of the 14 years of constant war and struggle against remnants of NERV that still intended to cause another Impact, she became colder and far more aggressive than she used to be in spite of retaining most of her former personality.
During the Operation Yamato she showed more unisson between Mari than the previous fight in the NERV HQ and previous missions.
Asuka & Unit-2 and Asuka & Unit-02'γ were first available in first Evangelion collaboration event through the limited Crank-a-kai dealing more damage against the Ninth Angel slingshot and doing more damage and defense against the Tenth Angel throne stage respectively. They returned in the second Evangelion collaboration event through the Crank-a-kai.
Asuka & New Unit-02α were first available in the second Evangelion collaboration event through the limited Crank-a-kai, dealing more damage against Evangelion Mark.44A slingshot and Gendo Ikari slingshot.
