Bay Kappa is a green and gold colored, black and white accented kappa humanoid Yo-kai Hero with a gold six-pointed visor with two pink dots. He also has shoulder pads that resemble a kappa's plate on it's head and a green and gold belt with a gold buckle of a sake gourd bottle.
Bay Kappa appeared in the "Yokai Gakuen Y~Climax! The giant of light Earthman has arrived!~" Event that lasted from April 1, 2021, to April 15, 2021. There was a chance of befriending him in the limited Crank-a-kai. He gives the defense bonus in Terranog Gates of Whimsy.
