Blandon is a purple scroll rising from what appears to be darkness or shadow. He wears a black vest with a fish net shirt underneath the vest and wears fish-net cuffs. Finally, he wears a red scarf that covers up his mouth. He holds a somewhat disproportionately large shuriken.
In Yo-kai Watch 2, the Fleshy Souls Blandon has a different headband.
As the evolution of Dimmy, he can easily conceal his presence and is otherwise hard to notice, meaning those around him often do not realize he is even there, making him a great spy. Unfortunately for Blandon, however, that fact means he tends to be unrecognized for his work.
Blandon make his debut in EP206, where he inspirits Nate by making him disappear from hard test questions, and a game of “Rock, Paper, Scissors“. Injurnalist befriends him to do undercover news work, by taking pictures of various Yo-kai for his new chronicles by taking pictures of Blizzaria, Blazion, Hungramps, Snartle, and Komasan, which later got angry at them for embarrassing news. They beat up Injurnalist, due to the fact they can't see Blandon.
