Blowkade resembles a pufferfish with humanoid bulky arms, puffy pink rectangular lips, and comparatively slender legs. His scales are brown-colored in the top and cream-colored in the belly.

Blowkade appears on the 3rd floor of Springdale Elementary School at night, in the Construction Site and in the Springdale Railway. He can also be found in Gourd Pond Museum behind the 30 Gate Globe door. He can also be found between 2000 and 4999 yards in the Infinite Tunnel. He can also be freed from the present Crank-a-kai with an Orange Coin.
