Bubble Beth evolves from Lil Blue Bathing Hood when fused with Scented Bath Oil.
Appearances Biology Like Lil Blue Bathing Hood, Bubble Beth has golden-blonde hair with bangs and a bun, and wears a cornflower blue shirt and a hairband of the same material and color wrapped around her hair, with two white flowers on top. She dwells in a light turquoise bathtub with bubbles and flowers in it, the faucet of the shower shaped like a stem and bloom of a flower, and the claw-foot tub having four, golden, high-heeled feet.
