Profile
Yo-kai Watch Animation
Chilled Cowcao debuted in EP141, where Nate discovered him making his parents become shiftless. Nate summons Jibanyan to fight Chilled Cowcao, but before Jibanyan can attack, Chilled Cowcao takes off. After chasing Chilled Cowcao through town, Nate, Jibanyan and Whisper corner Chilled Cowcao at Triangle Park, which prompts Chilled Cowcao to throw some of his broth at Nate. This causes Nate to become so unambitious, he not only gives up chasing Chilled Cowcao, but gives up his title as main character, making Jerry the star of the show (with Tomnyan and Verygoodsir replacing Jibanyan and Whisper).
Yo-kai Watch 3
Chilled Cowcao can be found under cars and in fire hydrants in St. Peanutsburg.
He can also be found in the Warehouse No. 2.
Lastly, he can be freed from the Dream Roulette using a Orange Coin.
