Chocolina is a pale-skinned humanoid Yo-kai with blonde hair. She wears a brown bow headband on top of her head with a red heart attached to it. She has a white top with brown stripes and a big hoop skirt a pink heart on the left and red heart on the right, along with a lighter brown icing acting as designs on her skirt.
Chocolina is an event Yo-kai who was avaliable to obtain during the Japanese "Puni Puni" 2017 Valentine’s Day Scramble Battle and for the North American version "Wibble Wobble" 2018 Valentine's Day Scramble.

This means she may have originally been designed to appear in Yo-kai Watch 3 before being scrapped. However, there are no unused remnants of her in the 3DS game's data.
Chocolina was the last Wib Wob exclusive Yo-kai to be introduced in the North American and in the Taiwan version.
