Chou Kakusei Burly Taichou has the same appearance as Sgt. Burly, the difference being that he is surrounded by an orange aura that has two bright thunderbolts within it.
Chou Kakusei Burly Taichou appeared in the "Yo-kai Watch Puni Puni 8th Anniversary Event ~Super Space-Time! ? Strongest tag match!~" Event that lasted from October 1, 2023, to October 16, 2023. He could automatically be befriended after purchasing the starter pack for only ¥1.000, giving the damage and defense bonus in the Puni Kyuubi stage located on Puni Puni Factory (Revenge) (Japanese: ぷにぷに工場 (リベンジ),Puni Puni Kōjō (Ribenji)) map. He dealt more damage in Puni Puni Koubachou punitto shot boards & gave the damage and defense bonus in the following maps:
