Chou Kaksuei Darknyan appeared in the "Yo-kai Watch Series 10th Anniversary Event～Lord Enma and X of Friendship Nyan～" event that lasted from July 1, 2023, to July 15, 2023. There was a chance of befriending him in the limited Crank-a-kai, dealing more damage in Jibanyan/Komasan ohajikis boards.
