Chou Kakusei Dondoro appeared in the "Youmaichi Budoukai ~Komami Joins the Fight~" Event that lasted from December 1, 2019, to December 16, 2019. There was a chance that he could be befriended in the limited Crank-a-kai, giving the damage and defense bonus against all enemies fought in the Tournament final fights.
