"Shurikenny, who supported the Yo-kai Heroes from the USA in the shadows, continued to defeat evil, and achieved a super awakening. His mastery of ninjutsu has made him even more sophisticated and unnoticed by his heroes."
Chou Kakusei Hanzou is a ninja Yo-kai. He has bright blond hair in the shape of a thrown shuriken, with a tuft of hair covering his right eye. He possesses dull green skin with pointy ears and a black domino mask-like shape around his eyes, and black colored eyes. He wears a purple mask around his mouth, and a similar colored shinobi shōzoku. He has a purple band wrapped around his waist, as well wearing purple gold-laced gloves. He is surrounded by a purple aura.
Chou Kakusei Hanzou was available in the "Half-demon Slayer Dragon Special Edition ~Yuu Fukuri and Shuu Orochi~" Event that lasted from February 15, 2023, to February 28, 2023. He was available through the limited Crank-a-kai, reducing and dealing more damage in the Chou Kakusei Maizou Tokugawa boss stage in the fourth map.
