Chou Kaksuei Jibanyan Matsuri resembles Jibanyan S. He wears a golden japanese headband on his forehead, his collar is golden-colored the same with the bell, also his bell has a "10" in yellow font. His haramaki is golden too and has festival pattern. He is surrounded by a reddish energy-flame.
Chou Kaksuei Jibanyan Matsuri appeared in the "『Yo-kai Watch Series』 10th Anniversary Event～Lord Enma and X of Friendship Nyan～" event that lasted from July 1, 2023, to July 15, 2023. He could automatically be befriended after purchasing the starter pack for only ¥1.000. He gave a damage and defense bonus on the Chou Kakusei Whisper boss stage located in the fourth map & the event map stages. Additionally, he gave more damage in Jibanyan/Komasan ohajiki boards.
He returned in the "『Yo-kai Watch Series』 11th Anniversary Event Jigoku Ogama VS Jigoku Tsuchigumo ~Super Yo-kai Battle~" Event that lasted from July 1, 2024, to July 16, 2024. He could automatically be befriended after purchasing him in the event shop after clearing Darknyan Shuku Nyantos Cola boards at least 20 times for only 6.750 Y-points, giving more score/damage in Darknyan Shuku Nyantos Cola boards.
