Chou Kakusei Maizou Tokugawa (Japanese: 超覚醒徳川マイゾウ Chō Kakusei Tokugawa Maizō) is a Rank SSS Yo-kai of the Shady tribe exclusively in Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble.

Chou Kakusei Maizou Tokugawa is a humanoid Yo-kai of short stature. He has ashy green skin, big round eyes with small black dots as pupils, and dark circles around his eyes. He also has orange-brown hair sticking out of the hood on his forehead. His outfit consists of a red hood, which covers the entirety of his head with two cat ear-like tips sticking out of it, a metal forehead plate placed with a symbol engraved on it, a red scarf, a black fishnet shirt, black fingerless gloves, a red Cuirass with golden rims and pastel blue fluffs on each side tied with a white obi sash, black hakamas, white tabi socks, and straw sandals with black straps. He is surrounded by a blue aura.

Chou Kakusei Maizou Tokugawa was available in the "Half-demon Slayer Dragon Special Edition ~Yuu Fukuri and Shuu Orochi~" Event that lasted from February 15, 2023, to February 28, 2023. He was available through the limited Crank-a-kai, reducing and dealing more damage in the event map. Additionally, he dealt more damage against Chou Kakusei Hanzou.
