Chou Kakusei Orochi (Light) is very pale human. He has blue hair with a ponytail. One of his eyes is covered with the hair which has two to three yellow streaks while the other eye is yellow and underneath it is what looks like a snake tongue-like tattoo. He seems to be wearing a black leather motorcycle jacket with purple fasteners on it, blue jeans with two belts, one buckled up and the other connected to what looks like a phoenix wing-themed scarf. He is surrounded by a blue aura.
Chou Kakusei Orochi (Light) appeared in the "Yo-Kai Watch Shadow Side ~ 2nd Strange Memo Contest ~" Event that lasted from October 1, 2018, to October 15, 2018. He was available through an impossible stage, giving Y-points to players.
