Chou Kakusei Tenkoma appeared in the "Youmajin ~ King of Gluttony! Gourmet Youmajin Invasion~" Event that lasted from March 16, 2023, to March 31, 2023. There was a chance that he could be befriended in the event Crank-a-kai, reducing and dealing more damage against Nurse Tongus in the fourth map. Additionally, he could boost the score in the Yokodori time.
