Dai Gunshi Whisper Koumei (Japanese: 大軍師ウィスパー孔明 Dai Gunshi U~isupā Kōmei) is a Rank Sho, Drain-attribute Commander Yo-kai of the Slippery tribe introduced in Yo-kai Sangokushi: Kunitori Wars.
In Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble, he is a Rank Z Yo-kai.

Dai Gunshi Whisper Koumei is a variant of Whisper where he is shown to wear a commanders uniform. His uniform is purple and golden, and he holds a feather fan with white feathers and a golden handle. He also wears a purple hat with a golden base and an emerald attached to the front.
