Dame Dredful is Dame Dedtime's palette swap, having dark grey hair, lilac purple wrinkled skin, and purple nails instead. Her golden hairpiece's threads are teal instead of scarlet, and she now wears a black noblewoman suit with a layer of dark teal worn underneath, and a dirty white haori. She carries a black cane with a light violet orb, in which there seems to be an hourglass inside.

The existence of Dame Dredful's hair piece contradicts the statement that Dame Dedtime's is the only one of its kind.
Occasionally, when kicking a can, the player will hear grunting, as if someone is being hurt. Considering her Medallium entry, this is probably Dame Dredful.
Her Japanese name could be a reference to the magical girl anime series "Ojamajo Doremi", where the protagonist with same name has a similar name and is also a witch, they also have the opposite witch titles, being "Oja" (bothersome) and "Juku" (mature).
