“A young guard ran carelessly through a red light, causing a big accident in which he was the main one involved in. That regret has turned him into an inflexible Yo-kai who stubbornly refuses to accept anything less."
In Dameboy's Lightside form, he looks like a red humanoid spirit wearing a blue Japanese Officer uniform with a purple X plastered onto the suit, and another on the hat. On his face, there is a black X. He also wields a Billyclub in a position that resembles a red X.
In Zettai Guardman's Shadowside form, he appears to have a bulked up and more muscular look compared to his Lightside form. Even the colors on his body and clothing have become dull, leading to him having a demonic and dark appearance.
According to his bio, he was born from the regret of a security guard who dashed past a red light and got involved in an accident. As such, he inspirits people to be extremely rigid regarding rules and enforce them to a fault.
Dameboy can be found in Yo-kai Spots in Hell's Kitchen as well as in the Hyakki-hime (Shadowside), Shien and Acala Exalted missions in PuraPura Blasters (appearing most frequently in the latter two missions).

Zettai Guardman comes from the Japanese word (Japanese: 絶対 Zettai), meaning "absolute," and the English word Guardman.
