“Daniel's parasite form has been sucking up all the demonic energy he can get his hands on, and he is now a puffy mess. He uses his wits to trap his prey."
In his Lightside form, Daniel is a brown Yo-kai with a pear shaped body, he has eyes with blue eyes, orange irises and black pupils. He has four fangs that cover up a tiny patch of yellow skin with a mouth and he has a grey lower jaw with four tiny arms that resemble an insect's, and two short legs with triangular feet with stripes of brown.
In his Shadowside Form, he has a human head with blue eyes and rather drastically altered ears and teeth, except his canines are more towards the front than actual humans. His body resembles a cut fig now, with two wisps that are blue in that are on the sides of his body, as well as a wispy goatee. He has four stocking like legs that ends in claws.

Daniel can be found in the Dameboy, Bushinyan (Shadowside), Shien and Yamamba missions in PuraPura Blasters. He also be befriended through Konkatsu with one silver soul, two red souls and two gold souls.

Etymology[]
"Daniel" is driven from the English name "Daniel" and the Japanese word for mite/tick, Dani (ダニ).
"Big Danny" is emphasizing his increase in size and using the nickname Danny which is short for Daniel.
Trivia[]
Daniel is one of the few Yo-kai whose attribute changes in its Shadowside form.
