Hailey and Usapyon at the Detective Agency.
The Detective Agency (Japanese: 不思議探偵社 Fushigi tantei-sha), or called the Hapyon Detective Agency (Japanese: イナウサ不思議探偵社 Inausa Fushigi tantei-sha) in the anime and manga is a group that specalizes in solving cases, most of them being related to Yo-kai. They consist of Hailey Anne, Usapyon and Whapir, with the former two being named after in the anime and manga.
Their building is located inside of a storage house in Sparkopolis.

The Detective Agency first appears in Hapyon Detective Agency: Case No. 1: The Food Yo-kai Mystery, where Hailey thought her problem-solving skills from building Usapyon's rocket would be useful for cases.

- The area's default name formulated by Usapyon is determined by the first two letters of the character's name. For example: if the character is nicknamed Hailey, it will be Ha-pyon Detective Agency. Otherwise, the agency/area can be given a customized name.
- In the Miami English dub of the anime series, the agency is called the Hail-Usa Detective Agency rather than "Hapyon."
