Double Time appears as a humanoid Yo-kai. He has dark brown-magenta skin and long dull blue green hair with light blue at the loose ends. Wearing dull sky blue visor googles with bright orange lenses (with headphones with turquoise eye pupils on the side), Double Time also sports a purple jacket and pants with dull orange lines on the sides. Double Time also has white gloves and boots with orange flares on the side.
After choosing Tempest Pride and upgrading your watch to S Rank, use the Spewcopter to get to the top of Phantomart, where Double Time is seen patrolling. Talking to him will start a quest. After several lines of dialogue, he will ask to battle the player. He can be battled once a day, and befriending him will complete the quest.
He is required for the For Great Justice Yo-kai Circle.

"Double Time" references the phrase Double Time meaning a pace that is twice as fast as an earlier one.
"Sónico" means sonic.
Trivia[]
In Yo-kai Watch 3, Double Time's random nicknames are Usain, Tyke, Wells, and Maurice.
"Usain" most likely refers to Usain Bolt, one of the world's most famous track-and-field sprinters, and an Olympic gold-medalist.
"Maurice" may refer to Sonic the Hedgehog from the Archie Comics, as it was revealed in one of the issues that his middle name was Maurice. Double Time is also a blue speedy character, like Sonic.
