Douketsu Gashou appeared in the "Youmajin Special Edition ~The Unprecedented Sibling Fight in History~" Event that lasted from January 1, 2023, to January 15, 2023. He could be befriended after purchasing the starter pack for only ¥1.000. He gave the damage and defense bonus in Fukurou Gashou Gates of Whimsy. Additionally, he gave the damage and defense bonus on the event map.
