Yo-kai Medallium biography
"A clone of Voidera born from Zouchouten Kegare. For the sake of loyalty, he will do whatever it takes to manipulate the scorpion on his neck to catch the enemy off guard and cut them down with a single sword."
Douketsu Kegare resembles Voidera. He is a purple skinned Yo-kai with violet ripped baggy pants. He has scorpion-like features, like his hair that ends in a green scorpion tail or his hands that resemble scorpion claws. He is wearing a dark purple mask on his face.

Douketsu Kegare appeared in the "Puni-gami's Darkness ~Gear Search Future Edition~" Event that lasted from August 16, 2023, to August 31, 2023. He could be befriended after purchasing the starter pack for only ¥1.000. He gave the attack and defense bonus in the Suzaku stage in the fourth map. Additionally, he could give a boost in the score if the player was stealing a Yokodori Treasure piece.
