Drizzle is a light blue Yo-kai who is vaguely cone-shaped with a gaping dark blue mouth. He has bags under his yellow eyes that are the same color. He has long light blue arms that end in fin-like hands. He sits in the middle of a cyan puddle, and the lower half of his body is the same color. He has dark gray clouds around his head which shower sparse drops of rain.
Drizzle appears to have a sensitive side as he ran off crying after being hit by Robonyan.

In the anime[]
Drizzle appears in Yo-kai Peppillion, where he ends up causing a rainstorm. However, Robonyan defeats him with his rocket punch attack, and Drizzle ran away crying and the rainstorm was stopped.
He reappears in EP188, summoned by Nate in hopes of washing away the sand on Yuka's doll but Grubbles orders him to stop where she ends up finding the truth about her former owner.
Trivia[]
Drizzle's "random" names are Downpoor, Izaak, Flashood, and Rainier.
Drizzle's default victory pose in Yo-kai Watch 2 is spinning around once in its puddle and then looking around shiftily. Its second victory pose is it taking a deep breath and then tapping the ground with its hands. In its third victory pose it waves its hands in the air and then waves at the player. In its fourth victory pose it twirls like a ballerina and then swims back and forth in its puddle.
