Dog of the North Star: Episode 3 (Japanese: 北斗の犬 第３話,Hokuto no Ken Dai-San-Wa), Hapyon Detective Agency vs. Carl SanFantastico: The Red Treasure (Japanese: イナウサ不思議探偵社ＶＳ怪盗コパン ねらわれた赤の秘宝,InaUsa Fushigi Tanteisha VS Kaitō Kopan Nerawareta Aka no Hihō), and Yo-kai Lil Kappa (Japanese: 妖怪カッパー,Yōkai Kappā) is the 97th episode of the Yo-kai Watch anime series. It was broadcasted in Japan on November 27, 2015 and the B-Part and C-Part aired on October 20, 2018 in the United States. The first segment was skipped in the dub.
After running from the humans, Whisper meets Roughraff and captures him, leaving Komashiro to save Whisper. Hailey and Usapyon gets another letter from Carl SanFantastico, who has taken away Blazion's mane. Nate, Whisper and Jibanyan finds Walkappa who has become a DJ under the influence of Yo-kai Lil' Kappa.

It's revealed that Blazion can speak more than just his name without his mane.
This episode's alternative dub aired in South Africa on July 20, 2019, listed under the title "Yo-kai Lil'[sic] Kappa", representing the third segment. Unlike its American counterpart, the episode was dubbed in full.
For unknown reasons, this episode's Carl SanFantastico segment aired in the before the start of the series in EP096, which makes things quite jarring as no attempt was made to cover up the idea that they had already encountered Carl SanFantastico before this episode.

The onscreen lyrics for Lil Kappa's rap verses have been removed.
Errors[]
In the European dubs, the shot of Nate catching the Kappa Crew medal and the close-up of it is oddly repeated twice. The first time is incorrectly placed early in the scene in Nate's bedroom, where the medal is properly blanked off of its text. The repeat is played where it is intended, but with the Japanese name and text still present on the medal.
