Summary[]
Kuroi Jibanyan and Kuroi Komasan meeet up with the Kuroi Bushinyan and find a way to get some money from him. Believing that Hailey is behind all of the mysterious occurrences, FBY Agents Blunder and Folly decide to investigate her. On a vacation, Nate finds his parents slacking off in the hotel room while being Inspirited by Yo-kai Slackoon.

- The city that Nate stays in the hotel resort is reminiscent of Atami, Shizuoka.
- When Whisper tries to name the identified Yo-kai, he poses as Oscar François de Jarjayes from the 1976 anime Berusaiyu no Bara, which was previously referenced in Yo-kai Furdinand.
