All Together, Oni Stars! ~Hospital~ (Japanese: オニスターズ全員集合! 〜病院編〜,Onisutāzu zen'in shūgō! 〜 Byōin-hen 〜), Yo-kai Amplifly (Japanese: 妖怪 モルラ,Yōkai Morura) and The Last Nyanmurai's Visit to Japan! (Japanese: ラストブシニャン ジャポンに見参!,Rasutobushinyan japon ni kenzan!) is the 174th episode of the Yo-kai Watch anime series. It was broadcasted in Japan on June 9, 2017.
Fuu 2, Jibanyan, Tomnyan and Sighborg Y attempts to perform an operation on Gargaros at the hospital. Nate finds his friends at school and Jibnanyan exaggerating about what happened today, and finds out that Yo-kai Amplifly has been inspiriting them all. The Last Nyanmurai comes from BBQ to visit Springdale, and tries to be the last at doing everything.
In the scene where Tomnyan accidentally falls asleep while trying to hypnotize Gargaros, Tomnyan can be briefly seen not wearing his haramaki unlike what other cat Yo-kai do for other outfits.
This is the only All Together, Oni Stars! segment that doesn't have Sighborg Y's iconic guitar sting when he fails to do something.
Jibanyan's appearance when being inspirited by Amplifly unintentionally resembles Lightside Jibanyan from Yo-kai Watch Shadowside.
Sakura International Airport officially makes its first appearance in Yo-kai Watch media, despite it being curiously present in a piece of Yo-kai Watch 3 concept art that was publicly released.
The show that Nate, Whisper and Jibanyan watch at the beginning of the third segment is a reference to the Japanese television show Yū wa Nani Shi ni Nippon he?, where they interview foreigners why they visited Japan.
One of The Last Nyanmurai's relatives has a headpiece that resembles that of which is seen on the mechas in Gundam.
It's possible that The Last Nyanmurai's little brother that was born at the end of episode could be The Lastest Nyanmurai because the Yo-kai explicitly stated that he was born as the last of the family earlier despite not having the same helmet design.
Whisper thinking that he has survived The Last Nyanmurai's sword but suddenly gets hit is a reference to Hokuto no Ken.
