"A clone of the Lord Enma, Gouen, who was infected by the darkness of Kegare. He plans to rule through terror, passing unreasonable judgments on intruders and promptly sending them to the execution platform."
Enma Daiou Gouen Kegare wears a black traditional royal attire that has a purple design resembling lotus flower on the sleeves. He wears a sash that has purple colors resembling smoke. He has a smoke-like mask that covers his eyes. His cap is purple and has a teal and pink tail on it.

Enma Daiou Gouen Kegare appeared in the "Puni-gami's Darkness ~ Intersecting space-time and chaotic Yo-kai World～" event that lasted from February 16, 2024, to February 29, 2024. There was a chance of befriending him in the limited Crank-a-kai. He gives the damage and defense bonus against the Kisshouten boss stage located in the The Four Heavenly Kings Questions (Japanese: 四天王の問,Shiten'nō no toi) map.
