"Lord Enma, the organizer of the Great Yo-kai World Festival where all Yo-kai gather together. He wears gorgeous costumes and behaves majestically, making him worthy of being called the King of Festivals."
Enma Daiou Matsuri wears a orange and red kimono with cloud patterns, he is wielding a fang wit the kanji "入". A golden lace starts in his sleeves.

Enma Daiou Matsuri appeared in the "Yo-kai Watch Series" 8th Anniversary Event-Dream Co-Fight! Great Youma Festival" Event that lasted from July 1, 2021, to July 15, 2021. He could be befriended in the limited Crank-a-kai, giving more damage against Dai Bousou Whisper slingshots. Additionally, he has the damage and defense bonus against the Rinne Matsuri impossible stage. He can be fused with Rinne Matsuri to become Goku Enma, giving the Y-points bonus in the slingshots.
Enma Daiou Matsuri returned in the "Rinne Past Edition ~Bonds with Setsuna~" Event that lasted from January 16, 2023, to January 31, 2023. He could be befriended in the event shop for only 7.200 Y-points after defeating Chou Kakusei Gurerurin slingshots. Additionally, he can be fused with Rinne Matsuri to become Goku Enma.
