Enma Villa is a building in New Yo-kai City. It is where Lord Enma, Zazel, Duke Doggy and Aristokat reside in Yo-kai Watch 3.

Enma Villa is a traditional Japanese building over a lake in the centre of New Yo-kai City.

Enma Villa remains empty until post-game where it is revealed Enma was away.
After the completion of the Enma Note quests, Nate can talk to each Yo-kai to hear about the Enma family or Ed Zoff. Enma tells the player about the Enma family, Zazel tells the player about Ancient Enma, Aristokat tells the player about Ed Zoff and Duke Doggy tells the player about McKraken and the story of the first Yo-kai Watch game.
If Hailey talks to the Yo-kai in the villa, they simply mention how they were previously away.
