Clock Lady (Japanese: クロックレディ Kurokku Redi) is the Yo-kai Hero form of Fubuki Himekawa when inspirited by Broken Clock via the YSP Watch, appearing in the Y School Heroes series.
In Yo-kai Watch: Ukiukipedia Gakuen Y, she is a Yo-kai of the Tsukumono tribe, while in the mobile games, she is of the Mysterious tribe, with Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble is being a Rank Z, while in Yo-kai Sangokushi: Kunitori Wars is a Rank Sho.

Clock Lady is a robotic humanoid Yo-kai Hero with a dark gray curved body with light blue lining on her legs, long light blue hair, wears a white ring-like mask with two dark gray pointed-rectangular shapes around her less visible mouthed and eye-less head, a white torso and pelvic armor resembling a pelvic-length shirt with minor dark gray lining, golden ring themed sewn-in off-the-shoulder straps along with golden ring hip decors with half a turquoise and gold ring-based design and finally, a sky blue noble-cut diamond with gold casing in the center below her chest with a dark gray noble-cut diamond-shaped design attached underneath the diamond making it look like twelve-thirty clock hands.
Clock Lady also has light blue orb joints on her elbows, pelvic joints and knees and has a white ring with a black inner ring on both of her ankles near her 'shoes' that has light blue bottoms. Hovering behind her back is a golden Halo that resembles a clock, with the hands points at eleven and one respectively.
Powers and Abilities[]
As her name suggests, Clock Lady’s primary ability is her Chronokinesis, able to slow down and rewind time.
Weaknessess[]
Despite possessing Chronokinesis, she herself, isn't immune to her own slowdown effect.
Clock Lady has a durability limit, as she and Little Kommander were taken out by Medatsukotosuki in a single blow.

Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble[]
Clock Lady was introduced in a Y School Heroes event that lasted from April 16th 2020 to April 30th 2020. She was exclusive to the limited gacha during the event and made a single-day reappearance on October 8th 2020 during another Yo-kai Academy Y event.
Clock Lady can also be pulled from a Wai Wai Gakuen Life, Yo-kai Hero, or Series 8th Anniversary G coin.

Clock Lady first appears in episode 4.
In episode 7, Clock Lady attempts to use "Time Reversal" on Hanako-san, but is bound by the latter and incapacitated. Later, Clock Lady works with the Onryo to return the prisoners of the latter's world to the real world.
In episode 8, Clock Lady attempted to fight the Black Army, but was forcibly reverted before she could do anything.
In episode 11, Clock Lady used "Time Bind" to pin down Moguramos, until Gakkouger Y could charge up it's Solar Magnum to destroy it.
In episode 12, Clock Lady escaped with PD700R Custom.
In episode 14, Clock Lady helped Kengo Benimaru defeat Jigoku Assassin.
In episode 16, Clock Lady defeated Mist Shadow alongside the rest of the YSP Club.

- Clock Lady is similar to Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi, since both are heroines with powers based on time manipulation.
- She also shares her power with Kin and Gin which had a giant clock to manipulate time which the clock that is in Clock Lady would be the one that would help her manipulate time.
- She is the only Yo-kai Hero who doesn't make an appearance in the Y School Heroes Movie along with Onryo, Broken Clock.
- She is voiced by Haruka Tomatsu, making her one of the Yo-kai Heroes which share the same voice actress with her Watch Master. However, her voice is slightly deeper.
- She is one of two Yo-kai Heroes not needing a command medal for one of her attacks, the other being Little Kommander's Comet Beam.
- She is one of the seven Yo-kai Heroes to pronounce their name after the Transformation Song, with the others being Wild Boy, Mist Shadow, Blue Moon, Sky Snaker, Deep Shadow Galaxy and Earth Walker.
- She is one of the four Yo-kai Heroes having a Yami Yo-kai Hero version, the other being Shishi O with Yami Shishi O as his Yami Yo-kai Hero, Ninetail with Yami Ninetail as his Yami Yo-kai Hero and Mist Shadow with Yami Mist Shadow as his Yami Yo-kai Hero.
