Find Faux Kappa! is a Key Quest in Yo-kai Watch 2. The quest can be started automatically by progressing in the chapter Yo-kai Watch Model Zero, and it is recommended to be completed around Level 16.

After reviving Faux Kappa in present day Harrisville, he will agree to help you if you can defeat him in a battle. It is recommend that you fight him with a team of Level 17 Yo-kai or more. He is also weak to Lightning attribute attacks. After you defeat him, he will give you his medal.
