His eyebrows reference flames at the tips. He wears a navy blue scarf around his neck, and a black robe that has a flame design added to it. He wields a flaming sword in his right hand and has a traditional Japanese kasa samurai hat.
Since he's burnt now, Hungramps has no interest in him, but Hungorge is a different story.

Evolve Slicenrice at level 31.
Flamurice also has a rare form and sometimes appears with a Mentaiko nose instead of his usual pickled plum nose when under the Bony-Spirits faction.

He can also be found in Blasters T in the Cluphinx Clenched Paw ③ and as a Clu-T-Fact reward in the Cluphinx Clenched Paw ①.
