The Forester House (Japanese: ) is an area located in the middle of Uptown Springdale that appears in the Yo-kai Watch series. It is where Katie Forester and her parents live, along with Jibanyan and Whisper if you pick the female player character in the first 2 games.

The Forester House is a two story house in Uptown Springdale. It features a large living area with a kitchen and conservatory with a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs is two rooms, Katie's parents and her own room which features a balcony.
In the games[]
If the player chooses to play as a girl in Yo-kai Watch and Yo-kai Watch 2, the Forester House will be of their residence. Playing as a boy will still make the house accessible, but none of the Yo-kai specific features will be present.

In Katie's Yo-kai Butler, in a parallel world where Katie has the Yo-kai Watch, Whisper, Baddinyan and Shadow Venoct live in Katie's house. Shadow Venoct takes the place of Hidabat by living in Katie's closet.

In Yo-kai Watch: Wakuwaku Nyanderful Days, the Forester House first appears in ND001, at the end of the chapter, where Whisper and Jibanyan revealed they were going to be living there, to Katie's shock.
In ND008, it briefly appears at the end of the chapter as Katie finds out Komasan and Komajiro moved into her closet.
