Fubuki-hime Shou Kyou shares a similar appearance to Blizzaria. Her kimono is decorated with gold and white patterns with a golden trim. Her collar and under kimono are a dark blue. She wears a yellow obi with the back bow having a yellow to pink gradient. She has a green obijime with a golden emblem at the center and a pink obiage. She has a detailed headpiece consisting of a pink and blue flower, a dragon headpiece, her Glacial Clip and a gold and teal patterned headpiece. Instead of zori, she wears white pumps with golden decorations.
