Fumi le Fay (Japanese: フミ・ル・フェイ Fumi ru Fei) is a Rank ZZ Yo-kai of the Charming tribe exclusively in Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble.

Biology[]
Fumi le Fay is Katie with a fantasy appearance. She wears a pink and white dress with short puff sleeves with light pink stripes vertically along them and darker pink cuffs. Her top has a light pink strip down the front with frills at either side and small teal buttons at the centre. She has a dual pointed collar with pink stripes and heart accents, a pink collar resembling her usual cardigan and a pink heart brooch on her chest with a teal frill. Her light pink gloves go up to the middle of her lower arms and have a dark pink frill along the end. She has a short corset-like belt with teal lace and a long back bow. Her skirt goes above her knees and has a darker petal shaped overskirt and a lighter frilly under skirt. Her socks resemble her usual ones and are pink and she wears white Mary Janes. She wields a heart shaped wand with a light pink handle, two teal gems and a golden hollow heart.

During the Nyarthur event in July 2022, Fumi le Fay appears once again with a different appearance. She has markings on her face, a purple aura, red eyes and claw looking fingers. This appearance is a precursor to Yami Majo Fumi le Fay.

Fumi le Fay appeared in the "The Story of King Nyarthur ~The Birth of King Nyarthur~" event that lasted from November 15, 2021, to November 30, 2021. From the 22nd of November to the 30th of November, there was a chance of befriending her in the limited Crank-a-kai, giving the damage bonus and nullifying the drop of damage balls in Bedikoma's Gates of Whimsy.

In the manga[]
Fumi le Fay from the manga series
Fumi le Fay makes her debut in chapter 2 of the manga series though she was pictured in chapter 1. She is first seen being harassed by evil Yo-kai before the heroes fight back and save her. She is grateful for their help and asks to come along with them. She makes a minor appearance in chapter 3.
In chapter 4, Kyubin Hood gifts Fumi le Fay a chalice which transforms into Mochima Mitsumata Nozuchi however the heroes are able to defeat him. She makes a minor appearance in chapter 5, she and the heroes are protected by Fubun D'arc and Garapyon from Sam Garrick Chopin.
In chapter 6, Fumi le Fay aids the heroes in defeating Mochima Tsuraretarou Maru by boosting their strength with magic. At the end of the chapter, she notices Fuyudred watching the heroes.
In chapter 7, Fumi le Fay joins the heroes in taking part in a tournament at a coliseum. While looking at the flyer, she bumps into Nerochi and drops it with Nerochi silently giving it back to her. She doesn't take part in the tournament, but simply watches alongside Fuyudred eating snacks. In chapter 8, after Mochima Dondoro appears from Shuten Caesar's chalice, she attempts to use her magic to help however it causes Mochima Dondoro's dark magic to dissipate and head towards civilians in the crowd. Nerochi however quickly jumps to their aid, blocking the attack.
Fumi le Fay makes a brief appearance in chapter 9. She aids Nandaryufried in fighting Fafniryu. In chapter 10, she uses her magic against Mochima Taifuu-no-Me, managing to create a large blast that defeats him. This however causes her to faint. Fuyudred catches her but quickly runs off with her much to everyone's surprise. Fuyudred is revealed to have become Yami Kishi Fuyudred and fights Nyarthur. Meanwhile, Fumi le Fay has regained consciousness but has an evil look in her eye. She teleports away alongside Yami Kishi Fuyudred.
Fumi le Fay appears in chapter 12 but as Yami Majo Fumi le Fay. She attacks the heroes, turning almost all of them evil. However, Keitalot, Whislin and Nyarthur were protected in the chapter before by Inahonevia's magic. Nyarthur attacks Yami Majo Fumi le Fay and tries to get her to remember who she really is. His words reach her and she drops her guard, allowing Nyarthur to strike and return Fumi le Fay to her usual self.

Fumi le Fay is the combination of Katie's Japanese nickname Fumi combined with Morgan le Fay.
