Gate Globes (Japanese: ゲートグローブ Gētobōru) are orbs found when completing Gates of Whimsy. They can spawn a total of two to five orbs per gate. They can be exchanged for Large Exporbs.
To gain them and find out about the Gates of Whimsy, the player will have to find Diana Gately first.
Overview[]
Gate Globes are sphere-like objects obtainable after completing Gates of Whimsy. Collecting them allows the player to progress in the Gourd Pond Museum vault or the Pearly Chamber of Whimsy, depending on the game.

Yo-kai Watch 2[]
Collecting Gate Globes allows the player to open the Big Gates, which are found and activated after talking to Diana Gately, in the Vault inside the Gourd Pond Museum at Breezy Hills. Completing and opening all Big Gates ends in a fight against Eyephoon.
Yo-kai Watch 3[]
Gate Globes are used in the Pearly Chamber of Whimsy in Yo-kai Watch 3 but are still collected after talking to Diana Gately. The chamber has more doors to open than the vault with trials and treasure boxes.
