Ginga Shinnen Orochi resembles Venoct. He is wearing a pink-purple kimono top under a lighter colored patterned jacket. He is wearing his usual black fingerless gloves and black high waisted hakama with golden dragon and cloud patterns on them. He has white socks and dark grey zori sandals. His dragon scarf is a mustard yellow and he's wielding a golden sword in a fuchsia scabbard.

Ginga Shinnen Orochi is a combination of Venoct's Japanese name Orochi (see Venoct#Etymology) and ginga shinnen (Happy New Year).
