As he is a more powerful version of Venoct, he takes his form but with lighter blue hair, and wears a different red and blue outfit. His eyes also glow red and his dragon scarves have three red eyes and more of a prominent purple color. He wears a dark grey bangle with a thin, horizontal red stripe with a yellow eye in the middle. There is a possibility that this remnants of chains from when he was locked up.
Goku Orochi is said to be the one who taught Shadow Venoct the art of assassination.
Out of fear of his assassination techniques, he was imprisoned, but he was eventually released, among the other Goku Yo-kai, by Rinne and are against Lord Enma.
During the "Goku Yōmakai Tournament" event in November 2017, he would occasionally challenge the player if they completed a tournament round. Successfully defeating Goku Orochi would occasionally result in a befriending.

Goku Orochi appears in EX007, where he is the true challenger of the battle tournament hosted by Whisper going up against Jibanyan. At first, Goku Orochi goes easy on Jibanyan but he decides to fight after the latter thanks him. Goku Orochi attacks Jibanyan with his snakes until the latter decides to worriedly apologise to him. Goku Orochi feels a bit worried for him at first, making Jibanyan happy about accepting his apology but the former decides to attack Jibanyan with his ultimate power move, making Goku Orochi the winner of the match.
