The Goku Yo-kai (Japanese: 極妖怪 Goku Yōkai, Extreme Yo-kai)are a set of 5 Yo-kai introduced in Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble and later Yo-kai Watch!. They are SSS Rank Yo-kai of various tribes under the control of Rinne.
They all seem to have committed many crimes against the laws of the Yo-kai World. They were imprisoned by the Enma Clan. Until they were freed by Rinne, who wanted revenge because of a deep hatred for the Enma Clan, after seeing the controversial bond of Rinne and a little girl.

- Majority of the Goku Yo-kai are from the Goriki and Omnen Tribes.
- The 5 Yo-kai who are Rinne's followers are all based on previous Yo-kai.
- Goku Fubuki-hime's Keystone shows her being a Onechanside of Blizzaria. Even though it's not confirmed if they are said to be two different entities.
