In their physical form, they're known as Grey Agent (Japanese: グレイエージェント Gureiējento), and are an Alien race introduced in Y School Heroes.
They have spirit form, Alien (Japanese: エイリアン Eirian).

Grey Agent looks like your average depiction of an alien: the big roundish grey head, the slim grey body, the frog-like fingers and toes, and the big all black eyes, he also has a grey antennae-like appendage on his head. He is also capable of summoning a futuristic-looking eye piece resembling a scouter that allows him to analyze objects, as shown in Ranto Kirigakure's flashback in episode 16. These can also fire lasers that cause the victim to eventually disappear into the nearest surface.
A Grey Agent's spirit form looks more like an amoeba: having a roundish green body with tentacle-like limbs, orange dots on each limb, a big eye in the middle with an orange pupil and a monstrous mouth.
