Ha'ou Rinne is a humanoid Yo-kai with turquoise skin, fuchsia hair styled as four horns in the front, and eyes with yellow sclera. He wears a black robe with a teal-colored smoke-like pattern with golden lines in the sleeves and the shin areas, with a dark, red-colored jacket over the tights with golden lines and a frontal golden decorative cloth with golden eye-like patterns, both held together by a golden sash tied with a golden string with a blue jewel, and black boots with orange-colored strings.
Ha'ou Rinne first appeared in the Yo-kai Sangokushi 3rd Installment ~ Supreme Ruler Rinne Appears ~ (Japanese: 妖怪三国志第３弾～覇王輪廻あらわる～Yōkai Sangokushi Dai 3-dan ~ Haō Rinne ara waru ~) which ran from July 17, 2019, to July 31, 2019. He was one of the team leaders alongside Puni Kyuubi Jun Iku and Daigunshi Katai. He could be befriended from the event Crank-a-kai, and he gave more damage and defense against Goku Orochi. He also gave more contribution points in the Bundori.
