Hakuryuu (Jingi Kakusei) (Japanese: 白龍(神器覚醒) Hakuryū (Jingi Kakusei)) is a Rank ZZZ Yo-kai from the Mysterious tribe exclusively in Yo-kai Watch: Wibble Wobble. He is Hakuryuu with the power of Jingi reflecting Kyousen Yata's part.

Hakuryuu (Jingi Kakusei) wears a white kimono that have scale patterns on the sleeves, in the center of the kimono is located a green plate that has ancient symbols. On the shouders are located white dragon heads tied by maroon laces.

Hakuryuu (Jingi Kakusei) appeared in the "Half-Demon Dragon Slayer 2 ~The Trial of the Three Sacred Treasures Edition~" event that lasted from July 16, 2024, to July 31, 2024. There was a chance of befriending him in the limited Half-Demon Dragon Slayer 2 Gasham giving the damage and defense bonus & the nullification of the Soultimate and Fever gauge drain on the Kensen Murakumo boss stage located on the Back: Mountain of Trials (Japanese: 裏・試練の山 Ura Shiren no Yama) map & the damage and defense bonus & the nullification of damage balls drop on the Crystal Shogunyan stage located in the Back: Yata Sacred Mountain (Japanese: 裏・八咫霊山 Ura Yata Reizan) map.
