Hinoko Raido (Japanese: 雷堂ヒノコ Raido Hinoko) is a minor character in Y School Heroes. She is the younger sister of Mera Raido.

Physical Traits[]
Hinoko Raido is a fairly skin colored, dark gray eye colored human girl with orange hair with some bangs with the rest tied in a ponytail. She wears a black school uniform shirt with a white collar and orange lines on the sleeves, along with an orange neckerchief. She also wears a white skirt that reaches her lower thighs, and black knee socks with brown shoes.
Personality[]
Hinoko strongly disapproves of Mera doing bad things and reprimands him, but it is implied she means a lot to Mera as they had bubble tea together, and Mera risked his life to save her from a burning building.

At some point in Mera's youth, she was trapped in a burning building and Mera, with Kazuma's encouragement, saved her.

She first appeared in episode 10.

Etymology[]
- Hinoko's first name means "sparks" in Japanese. Given Blazion's fire theme (Blazion being Mera's original self), the sparks refer to those needed to start a fire.
