Horror Orochi resembles Venoct. His hair is orange, with a creme color on the tips, and his eyes are bright blue, with purple makeup surrounding them. He wears a black aura dragon scarf, with the left head holding a purple and white candy cane on its mouth. Around his upper body and lower left hand, he wears white bandages. On his hands and arms, he wears long black finger-less gloves; the part covering his arms has purple ends. He also wears a red ragged overcoat, purple hakama with a spiderweb pattern and with bats and star patterned to them, and black combat boots with red laces.
Horror Orochi was exclusive to the Yo-kai Halloween Party 2018 event and the Halloween Party Yo-kai Gacha that ran from October 22, 2018, to November 11, 2018.
