Hulasama Hanasakamaru has pink hair that resembles a cherry blossom, and it has tips that are a slightly lighter shade of pink. He is shirtless and is wearing white shorts that have cherry blossoms patterns. He is wearing a grass hula skirt tied by a maroon lace. He is also wearing sandals.
Hulasama Hanasakamaru appeared in the "PuniPuni Hyaku Monogatari ~Passionate Hula Festival~" Event that lasted from May 16, 2025, to May 31, 2025. Since May 22 until April 31, there was a chance of befriending him in the limited Hula Festival Gasha, he gave the damage and defense bonus & nullification of damage ball drop on Zougaryuuou impossible stage located in the Hula Fest Venue (Night) (Japanese: フラフェス会場（夜）,Fura Fesu Kaijō （Yoru）) map. Additionally, befriend him increases the chances of activate chance time after steal a piece of the Yokodori Treasure.
